WELCOME TO MY WORLD

Welcome to my world, you may come inside to see

All of the confusion and the mayhem that lives inside of me

You may not understand it all or even have the need to know

But once you peek inside my mind you will feel better about your own

My eyes have witnessed violence and my body witnessed pain

My heart has kept evil secrets but it lives and beats the same

My eyes have faced the devil in his truest shape and form

He has tortured me for years that's why I'm battered and so worn

My feet are bloody and dirty from the many miles that I have tread

Though you cannot see the blood yourself it's all inside my head

My hands gave poison to my mouth to rid me of this pain

But evil does not die easily so within in me it remains

My mouth utters prayers to God to save me from this existance

But with all the chaos inside my mind I fear he is meeting resistance

Welcome to my world and if you did not walk away

Be thankful for the world you have you could live in mine someday

DEVIL'S PLAYGROUND

There is no beauty in this world any longer

Except in the face of a child,

But that will not last either

As their little minds grow wild,

Anger and violence are the devils' toys

And we have all enjoyed our play time,

Lust and lies are the devils laughter

They are the evil ties that bind,

Booze and drugs are the devils medication

And we use them to hide the pain,

As the devil stands there grinning

At all his power and his gain,

Depression and thoughts of suicide

Are the devils promise of tomorrow,

Death is the devils cold embrace

As he grows stronger in our sorrow,
